西店記憶共分為三期，從2016年開始改建，已經從一個低調的園區成長為影視公司的聚集地，吸引了大批的導演、制片人、明星入駐。隨著配套的逐步成熟以及園區內獨樹一幟的建筑風格等特點，西店記憶園區已經成為了年輕人打卡的圣地。
